Jeff Wittek Credits His Ex-Girlfriend For His Fame

Jeff Wittek was in a three-year relationship with actress and social influencer Cierra Ramirez, from 2015 to 2018. Although their relationship did not last long, Wittek has admitted that it had a significant influence on his life and profession.

Jeff Wittek and Cierra Ramirez were married for three years.

Wittek and Ramirez originally met at a Los Angeles nightclub in early 2015. The pair hit it off right away and had made their relationship on Instagram public by February 2015. Wittek flaunted his newfound love on Instagram with a photo of himself holding Ramirez in his arms. Following that was a caption that stated,

“Vegas flew by… But, from what I recall, I believe I struck the jackpot.”

The ex-couple also shared beautiful photos of their romantic trips and informal hangouts on their individual social media accounts on a regular basis. However, the vast majority of them have subsequently been deleted. Unfortunately, by the end of 2018, everything had been said and done between the two. However, the romance, or rather the previous relationship, made headlines again in late 2020 when Wittek attributed his success to his ex-girlfriend.

He Gives Credit to His Ex-Girlfriend for His Success

“He’s quite simple to despise. But, as a fellow man with little skill who is only renowned because of his ex-girlfriend, I can identify with Bryce [Hall] “When the other YouTuber arrived on Wittek’s chat program Jeff’s Barbershop, Wittek introduced him. According to another talk Wittek had on Toddy Smith’s YouTube channel in 2018, he received a lot of social media momentum as a result of his connection with his ex-girlfriend Ramirez.

In fact, their connection was so deeply anchored in social media that the pair had to wonder whether they were really in a relationship or simply doing something convenient for both of them. They split up after understanding that their occupations would not enable them to be in a satisfying relationship.

His Career Took Off

Having said that, it was also during his relationship with Ramirez that Wittek’s career as an actor and social media star took off. In 2016, he featured in two YouTube short films. In 2017, he met Toddy Smith, a Vlog Squad member, during an American Express brand promotion event in New York City. They connected instantaneously over booze since they were both “drunk out of their wits” at the moment.

Not to oversimplify, but things only got worse for Jeff’s Barbershop host from there. In November 2018, he met another popular YouTuber, David Dobrik, while spending time with his friend Smith. Wittek appeared on Dobrik’s channel multiple times in 2018 and 2019, and his own discussion show eventually took off. To give you an idea, Wittek’s YouTube channel had less than 5,000 subscribers in November 2018, but by February 2019, that number had risen to 220,000. And, as they say, the rest is history.
